Volunteer Users Guide
This document contains information on how to use the volunteer sign up system. In it you will find instructions on how to fill out your profile and register for this volunteer system.
Creating a New Profile
In order to create a new profile click the "New User" link shown above. Once you have clicked this link, you'll be taken to the new profile page. Fill out the information and save. The save button will be at the bottom of the New Profile page.
Profile Entry Rules
In the profile page there are certain fields that are mandatory. These mandatory fields have labels that are bold. If you do not fill in the appropriate fields you will get prompts telling you which fields need to be filled out.
Make sure you fill out first name, last name, street1, city, state, zip code, at least one phone number, email address, shirt size, gender and any other fields that might be in bold. Make sure you tell us when you are available by making job choices to the right of the page. If a shift has been filled, there will be a **Filled** indicator at the front of the job name in the lists. You will not be able to save your profile unless you do this. When you are done, click save at the bottom.
After you successfully save your profile, you will receive an email containing a link to complete your registration. If you do not click the link provided, you will not be included in the volunteer list. Please make sure you follow through with this process. The link will be at the bottom of the email and it will say "Click here to complete your registration". Once you click this link, you will be directed to the registration page where it will say that you have been registered.
